It’s that simple. If you are not satisfied with any portion of your trip that’s within our control, we’ll make it right. And if we can’t, we’ll give your money back. Our team will act quickly to alter arrangements, right whatever wrong, and work tirelessly until we fix the problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your money for the affected services. And if you are still not happy with the outcome, we’ll refund your trip.
